Overview

Mengajar.id is a comprehensive education management platform built for schools and Early Childhood Education (PAUD/TK) institutions in Indonesia. The system streamlines student registration, daily and weekly lesson indicator plans, teacher & student attendance tracking, online learning modules, and tuition finance reporting.

The Goals

  • Digitize daily, weekly, and semester lesson indicator plans for teachers.
  • Simplify student admission, attendance records, and teacher rosters.
  • Automate tuition fee invoicing, expense tracking, and monthly school financial reports.
  • Provide online learning material distribution accessible to students and parents.

The Idea

Early childhood and primary schools were burdened by manual paperwork for semester indicator plans, government compliance reports, and monthly tuition fee tracking. Mengajar.id unified these disparate administrative and academic functions into a simple cloud dashboard.

My Role & Responsibility

Full Stack Engineer

  • Designed and built the administrative dashboard and academic reporting modules.
  • Implemented lesson indicator planning features (daily, weekly, semesterly) matching curriculum standards.
  • Engineered the finance module for student tuition fee invoices and expense logging.
  • Developed digital learning modules with multimedia materials distribution.

The Result

Challenges & Solutions

Standardizing the complex and variable curriculum indicator structures across different schools required designing a dynamic indicator tree schema that allowed customizable rubrics without breaking reporting aggregates.
